Patty (Wolfe) Hasselbring has been involved in non-profit management and leadership, for both public and private organizations, for over 25 years. Not only has she worked as executive director of private non-profit organizations, she has worked the other side.... as the executive director of a funding agency.

Her background is rich with training experience. She worked as a trainer for the nationally renowned Grantsmanship Center for over fifteen years, providing intensive week-long training in program planning and proposal writing throughout the United States. She also provides training for public and private non-profit organizations in a full range of management topics.  Patty has worked with organizations throughout the US and internationally.

Patty has obtained millions of dollars in grant funding for a wide variety of services and programs, from health care and social services to fire district equipment. She has worked as a registered lobbyist, generating millions of dollars in funding for services. Patty has served as an expert grant proposal reviewer for federal and state funding agencies.

As a facilitator, Patty works with organizations to plan and implement conferences and special events, teambuilding, development of long range plans, and to promote public awareness about issues and events. She is expert in soliciting participation from all parties, and building teams as meetings are facilitated.

Patty has served on many nonprofit Boards of Directors, including advocacy groups, the arts, social services, and membership organizations. She currently serves as Vice President of the Board of the Arrow Rock Lyceum Theatre in historic Arrow Rock, Missouri.
